When it comes to getting things done, Joel is the person you want next to you in the trenches producing events.  As one of the founding members of Symbiotic, Joel has been setting the bar since day one of how we approach each event.  From paper to pavement, Joel possesses the unique skill combination of being highly organized in his advance while also having the work ethic to jump on a fork-lift for team morale.  Joel makes the impossible possible! When Joel is not producing your flawlessly executed event, he can be found in the beautiful canyon of Colorado he calls home.  Every day on his homestead he is in operations mode, whether it’s building, logging, gardening or simply enjoying the fruits of his labor on his front porch.
